Sal was born in Mexico and he immigrated to California at the age of 2. At the age of 18 he proudly served his country in the US Air Force from 1984 -1988 in which he received an honorable discharge. Each property that I list is vigorously marketed through many different media outlets. Your property is listed in the Multiple Listing Service, which is accessed by over 5,000 agents daily. A "For Sale" sign is put on your property, there is also a lock box with a key installed so that realtors may show your home to their buyers when you are not there. Virtual tours in 3D are also included to showcase your home to interested buyers. Open houses have been very productive for me and I highly encourage them, I also have a lender there to qualify anyone on the spot that is interested in making an offer. Century 21 also posts your listing into various other websites such as Facebook and Twitter along with their website. I do everything possible to ensure that your home gets as much exposure so that it can be sold for the highest dollar amount possible.
